Lot 7, Hylands Subn, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17-U, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known as 3732 8th Avenue S., St. Petersburg, FL 33711; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash on January 15, 2019 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
