Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the Property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot Thirteen (13), Block Six (6), WEDGEWOOD PARK FOURTH ADDITION, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County Courthouse on January 3, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
