NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-003742-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Charles D. White, Jr., Charles Dewayne White, III, Cheryl A. White a/k/a Cheryl Bush White, Somerset Lakes Unit 5, Phase 5-B, Homeowners' Association, Inc., United States of America, Department of Treasury-Internal Revenue Service, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
