NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (CONSENT) dated November 14, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-007600-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and OSOTH M. SOUTHAMMAVONG A/K/A OSOTH WILLIAMS; CHARLES A. WILLIAMS, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DOROTHY B. CROUSE REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT; HARBOR WOODS NORTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OSOTH M. SOUTHAMMAVONG A/K/A OSOTH WILLIAMS; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of March, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (CONSENT), to wit:
LOT 54, HARBOR WOODS NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 61 AND 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
