NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of November, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18001681CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MURIEL A. GRIFFIN; KENNETH GRIFFIN A/K/A KENNETH LEE GRIFFIN; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of January, 2019, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 80 FEET OF THE EAST 433 FEET OF THE NORTH 165 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
