NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2018, and entered in 18-002159-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4A is the Plaintiff and JEAN HICKS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 03, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 23 FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE NORTH 37 FEET OF LOT 5, SETCHELL'S NORTH SIDE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
