NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004482-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC., is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN B. TAYLOR; MARALYCE TAYLOR; STEPHEN B. TAYLOR; STEVE TAYLOR; SONJA WATKINS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CLYDE R. TAYLOR, DECASED; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of November, 2018 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, SOUTH FLORIDA SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE(S) 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
