NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of August, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-010963-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-WL2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WL2 is the Plaintiff and YAEL HUNT A/K/A YALE HUNT WHITFIELD A/K/A YALE HUNT-WHITFIELD; DARRAN WHITFIELD A/K/A DARRAN F. WHITFIELD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; REMINGTON OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of December, 2018 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, REMINGTON OAKS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 38 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
