NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2012CA017200O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE6 is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF LYNN HOUGH, et al, are Defendants. The clerk TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 07, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
