NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2017 in the above action, and pursuant to Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 25, 2018, the Orange county Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Orange, Florida, on November 6, 2018 at 11:00 am at www.myorange-clerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes for the following described property:
Condominium Unit No. 4088, Building E, of CYPRESS POINTE AT LAKE ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8825, Page 505, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
