NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-004950-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR TOEHR CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HUMBERTO SEIJO A/K/A HUMBERTO SEIJO PAGAN A/K/A HUMBERTO SEIJO-PAGAN, DECEASED; HUMBERTO ANDRES SEIJO-SEPULVEDA, A MINOR CHILD IN THE CARE OF HIS NATURAL OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, DEBORAH H. SEPULVEDA; DEBORAH A.
