NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 9/26/18, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of October, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

A portion of that parcel of land lying East of Drury Lane (formerly Main Street) shown as “This is not included in this subdivision” as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 46, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, said portion more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SW corner of Lot B, Block 2 as recorded in the above described plat thence run North 25 degrees 18 minutes 08 seconds West 75.64 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run along the apparent Easterly R/W of Drury Lane the following courses: North 89 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds West 15.00 feet, North 00 degrees 21 minutes 19 seconds East 50.00 feet, North 89 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds West 5.00 feet, North 00 degrees 21 minutes 15 seconds East 131.32 feet to the Southerly R/W of U.S. Highway No. 17; thence run South 89 degrees 07 minutes 42 seconds East along said Southerly R/W 75.50 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 31 minutes 15 seconds West 181.06 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds West 85.50 feet to the P.O.B. (and containing 0.31 acres more or less).
