YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to collect and foreclose a Claim of Lien as to the residential lot described as:
Unit #53, of LEISURE LAKE VILLAGE, a/k/a LEISURE LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1316, Pages 2570 through 2595, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with a 1964 CASA Mobile Home bearing vehicle identification numbers 403080GX and 273081GX.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian C. Chase, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 1701 North 20th Street, Suite B, Tampa, Florida 33605, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
