NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018CA-000207-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BCKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24, is Plaintiff and JAIDY MARTHA JIMINEZ A/K/A JAIDY MARTHA JIMINEZ A/K/A JAIDY M. JIMENEZ; et. al. are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 139, LAKE THOMAS WOODS FIFTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 7, Public Records of Polk
County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
