NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 11th day of June, 2018, in Civil Action No. 11-2018-CA-000678-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which CURTIS T. SOMERS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CURTIS T. SOMERS, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, a Louisiana banking corporation, is the Plaintiff, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court, Collier County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 25th day of October, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Collier County Courthouse Annex, third floor lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier, Florida:
Unit 901, Lancaster Square III at Kensington, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements. According to that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2664, Page 1819, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Permanent Parcel Number 54470002189.
