Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the order of Final Judgment entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida, located at:
3092 4th Street NE, Naples, Florida 34120,
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash on October 25, 2018 at 11:00am in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER SIXTY (60) DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
