NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-002082-00001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. ROF IV LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2015-1, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff and BARBARA MILLER; et al., are Defendant(s).
I Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash In the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, FL 34112 on October 25, 2018 beginning at 11:00 o'clock a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. H-101 and Garage No. 50, of Steeplechase of Naples, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1556, at Page 1533 through 1611, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
