NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2018, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on November 1, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
LOTS 28, 29 AND 30, BLOCK 70, GRIFFIN PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT 3, OF THE CITY OF FIVAY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT THEREOF A RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 78 AND 78A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
