NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003477 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Plaintiff and RAWLEY HARRIS, JR.; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on October 29, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1735, of LAKE SARASOTA SUBDIVISION, UNIT 19, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 25, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
