NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2018 and entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-009131 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and WINTERS, GREGORY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on December 13, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County Florida as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
