LOT 63, BLOCK 17, WESTWOOD LAKES, PHASE “2C”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 64-1 THROUGH 64-10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12754 WESTWOOD LAKES BLVD., TAMPA, FL 33626; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on DECEMBER 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
