NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005145 Div K of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY A. SMITH, FORECLOSURE ADVISORS LLC, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on November 2, 2018, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 7, TROPICAL ACRES SOUTH, UNIT #2, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with a Mobile Home which identification number are L2153PA and L2153PB located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
