NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-002318 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Noble Thomas a/k/a Nobel Thomas, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
