NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Exparte Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-006870 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-SD3 is Plaintiff and DUPREE RUSSELL, DIANE S AND SEAN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on November 30, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
