LOT 4. BLOCK 14, MAGNOLIA PARK SOUTHEAST “D”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGE(S) 86 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6118 MAGNOLIA PARK BLVD, RIVERVIEW, FL 33578; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on November 2, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
