NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 29th day of August , 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-010447, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST, is the Plaintiff and OAKDALE RIVERVIEW ESTATES; RICHARD T. HRUBY; HAROLD J. HRUBY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 27th day of November 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
