NOTICE is hereby given that Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on November 2, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 25, Block 1, HEATHER LAKES UNIT III, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 46 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Property Address: 1021 Lochmont Drive, Brandon, FL 33511
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
