NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-CA-003393 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA16, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA16 , Plaintiff, and, GLEN D. WADE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of October, 2018, the following described property:
LOT 30, BLOCK “A”, THE PRESIDENTIAL MANOR, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
