NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2018 and entered in Case No. 522015CA005370XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL HORMAN A/K/A MICHAEL A. HORMAN; PAULA HORMAN; LEISURE WORLD MOBILE HOME PARK ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of November 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
