NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered September 25, 2018, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Apartment No. D-10, TYRONE FIFTH AVENUE APARTMENTS “D”, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 62 and 63, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2496, Page 622, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of October, 2018.
