NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-3729-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and DAVID ARROYO; LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2007-HE1; and BELTWAY CAPITAL, LLC are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 13, La Plaza Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; LESS the following portion thereof deeded to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida for street purposes, to wit: Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 13, run South 10 feet along the West property line to a point; thence run Northeasterly to a point on the North line of said Lot 13, said point being 5 feet East of the Northwest corner; thence run West 5 feet to the point of beginning. Together with any right of reversion thereto retained by the F & F Corporation under that certain deed dated May 24, 1965 made by and between the F & F Corporation as Grantor and the City of St. Petersburg recorded in O. R. Book 2178, Page 620.
