NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 25, 2018, in Case No. 16-005690-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and STEVEN M. RAPPAPORT; PINEBROOK TOWNE HOUSE ASSOCIATION, INC.; RITA WEBB; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALLANAH STANLEY, are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and
best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
