NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-005706-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2006-AC2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-AC2, is the Plaintiff and Luis Palau a/k/a Luisa Palau, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 6th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
