NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2016, and entered in 2016-CA-001458-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT5 is the Plaintiff and LOXLEY THOMAS; MYRLENE THOMAS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; BAY SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
