NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 482012CA017846A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a christiana Trust, Not in it's individual capacity but solely as the trustee for the brougham fund I trust, is the Plaintiff and Chandria Janessa Kime, Mike Kelley, Moss Park Master Homeowners Association Inc, Moss Park Property Owners Association Inc, The Enclave At Moss Park Homeowners Association Inc, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 6th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 222, ENCLAVE AT MOSS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 105 THROUGH 111, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
