NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9/26/18 entered in Civil Case No.: 18000576CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and STEVEN J. HUNT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DEBORAH HUNT;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 24 day of January, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
