NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Partition as to Count III, dated September 24, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 000754 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 6, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and ACME INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of October, 2018, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COUNT III
Lots 706, 707, 708, 709, 710, 711, 712, 748, 749, 750 and 751, WARD 1, EL JOBEAN, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 31, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
LESS the right of way described in Official Record Book 876, Page 819, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
