NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Partition as to Count IV dated September 24, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 000754 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 6, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and EQUITY TRUST CO CUST IRA ACCOUNT is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of October, 2018, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COUNT IV
Unit 203, Building 1, Barefoot Beach of Manasota Key, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2751, Pages 2157 through 2229, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
