NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default, entered October 2, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Condominium Unit 2104, Building 21, Phase 9, Willowbrook, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominuim thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2187, page 2990 through 3154, and amended by document recorded in Official Records Book 2303, page 1085, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on December 5, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
