FURTADO; JAMES A. NETTER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGEIT, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; LAGUNA YACHT VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 09, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
