NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 001737 AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH THE ESTATE OF STANLEY B. JAY, Deceased, et al., are Defendant(s).
I Angelina M. Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on November 1, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 70 feet of Lot 82, and the West 70 feet of the North 40 feet of Lot 83, of PINECREST, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 55, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
