HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2004-HE4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and GREG BRADSHAW A/K/A GREG A. BRADSHAW A/K/A GREG ALAN BRADSHAW; REBA M. PARRISH A/K/A REBA PARRISH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICING LLC F/K/A CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of NOVEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, THOMPSON AND GAFNER RESUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
