NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003751 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THOUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONALD E. WHITE A/K/A DON WHITE A/K/A DONALD EARL WHITE, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; KIM WHITE-THOMAS; DEBRA WHITE-SERMAN; DONNA WHITE-GARNER; SHANE WHITE A/K/A DONALD S. WHITE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THOUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 26th day of November 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63 OF JAN-PHYL VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 28 & 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
