RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 24, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2015CA001953000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and MONICA M. THOMAS A/K/A MONICA MICHELLE THOMAS A/K/A MONICA MICHELLE BROWN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 7, MIRRO-MAC SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, page 13, public records of Polk County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO taxes for 2009 and subsequent years, and covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
