NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018CA-000370-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2, is Plaintiff and HERBERT R. YARBROUGH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERBERT R. YARBROUGH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of October 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 360 FEET OF THE WEST 1020 FEET OF THE SOUTH 707 FEET OF THE NORTH 1307.0 FEET OF THE WEST 1320 FEET OF THE NORTH 2615.76 FEET OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LESS THE NORTH AND EAST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD A/K/A TRACT 7 OF UNRECORDED NORTH GLEN, ALL LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
