NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-002383 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Heidi E. Wise are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 2 AND 3, IN BLOCK 3, OF KNOWLES ADDITION, MULBERRY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
