NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2018, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001697-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and VILLAGE OF EMERALD BAY UNIT L-5 LLC; RENEE M. MARUCA; TIMOTHY P. MARUCA; THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 1, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT L-5, PHASE 6, THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED NOVEMBER 1, 1989, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1480, PAGE 1861 THROUGH 1976, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
