in 2017CA002959CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P is the Plaintiff and ALEX RUIZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEX RUIZ; THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil
as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
