WHERRY A/K/A MAXINE A WHERRY, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ARTHUR PICKETT, AS CO-NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MAXINE WHERRY A/K/A MAXINE P. WHERRY A/K/A MAXINE A WHERRY, DECEASED; LINDA PICKETT, AS CO-NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MAXINE WHERRY A/K/A MAXINE P.
