The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 2, 2018 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 199, SHADOW LAKES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT 2006000171800, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
